For Memorial SN, this would potentially apply to a subdivisions inside of B8, however... The new rules will not apply in any subdivision with valid deed restrictions that: prohibit subdivision of lots, set minimum lot sizes, and provide for building setbacks (either in the deed restrictions themselves or by reference to a recorded plat showing the building setback lines). |
