SB 101: Foreclosures on Military Personnel.
SB 472: Open ballots HOA elections.
HB 1228: Payment and collections of assessments. ( Section 209.0092, Property Code, as added by this Act, takes effect September 1, 2011)
Effective Jan 1, 2012
HB 1821: Notice of obligation to purchasers.
HB 2761: Record keeping & open records.
HB 1228: Payment and collections of assessments. (except Section 209.0092 which takes effect Sept 1)
Additionally, keep your eye on SB 142. It is NOT yet dead.
SB 142: Passed the Senate (31-0). Referred to House Committee on Business & Industry. Reported favorably with numerous amendments. Still alive in the process of being amended by the House. Not yet passed both House and Senate but still alive.
